I was able to reproduce it via inspect element, the "infinite wooting" isn't permanent. After refreshing, its only 1 woot
It's most probably client-side.

i just updated chrome to the latest version (apparently updating was disabled by the administrator, which i fixed) and it still does this

Now when i click "Woot" its saying bad request, but when i go back there is woot added to the post.
Edit: now this is not working lol, just when i click Woot it refresh the page, and woot is added to the post.
