The crown is part of the smiley, like hats and etc, they appearin front of blocks and behind some decorations, if it switch, or just come behind the block, it should be wreid and not nice

Why does EE have this weird inconsistency with layers? Some blocks are in front of smileys, some are behind. I don't understand.

We've been making some changes to make them consistent but due to the sheer amount of things it's easy to miss some.

This isn't a bug its just that the cloud is decoration which is the front layer and the block is at the back layer
