Now, I bet you all are dying to know what the theme is.
Well at long last, the theme is...
A Summer and Winter Medley
There was the slightest of hints in the OP; the banner that said "EE Themed Contest 2015" had a blue-to-orange gradient, similar to this one, symbolizing the blend of summer and winter.
So, what does "Summer and Winter Medley" mean? Well, right now it is Summer in the Northern Hemisphere and Winter in the Southern Hemisphere (well, it will be officially starting tomorrow). We want to see how well you can blend these polar opposites into a cohesive level that demonstrates all of your talents.
The judges are looking for a smooth blend of Summer and Winter, but this can be interpreted in many ways.
You can show Summer and Winter through your artwork, through your minis, through a song, etc. Remember, you are not limited to a minigame/art world, the criteria says "gameplay" and "aesthetics", which can be very loosely interpreted.
The judges are hoping to see some new content. If you wow the judges with a unique level, you will score high in creativity.
Don't fall far from the theme, though! We want to be able to clearly see Summer and Winter in your level, and these two seasons should be the main focus. Failure to do this may knock down your score in Correspondence to the Theme.
And of course, to be completely cliché, have fun! This contest is for you, the players, to express your EE skills. The best will be rewarded with prizes, but that doesn't mean your level isn't up to par. If you don't get a prize, just be proud that you managed to create a level in such a short time frame (that is if you manage to submit one!).
Remember, the submission deadline for your levels is Saturday, June 27th, 11:55PM UTC+1.

Hey guys, there has been a slight change in rules.
I assumed you all knew this anyway, but here it is:
You may not use any software to aid in making the level, and your level cannot be a bot-assisted level.
Sorry if this ruined any ideas you may have had.
I do admit, it was my fault for not stating this explicitly before the contest began, but I hope you will forgive me.
This will just make it easier for the us to accurately adjudicate your level, and will facilitate the judging process in general.
