Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Add some kind of indicator next to people's names in the user list to show they have edit, similar to the team badge.

I think its unesccesary.
ppl who dont have edit dont need to know who does have, and if you are a world owner you simply schouold give out edit to ranodm ppl.

It would be useful in a lot of cases. For example, it's difficult to keep track of who can edit when working on a level with many people (crew levels), since people tend to leave and rejoin without saying anything. Also, it doesn't make any sense to keep the information hidden from everyone. As a player, there are several instances where it would be useful to know who can edit the world.

The server doesnt send whether anyone else has edit , Also if you make a crew level and ppl rejoin and leave without saying something that is a social problem not fixable by programming. (my opinion)
i didnt say hide it , i just say dont give it . it could be added that everyone has a coin counter near their name to show their respective coins , but that is just as uselss .(again my opinion)

But then people would be able to figure out that I am the one putting random boosts in bosses or randomly hiding the acorn decoration.

You can already do that with /gbp. (/getblockplacer)
Obligatory piece of text placed here forcing you to load an extra 100 bytes of data per post I make.

You can figure out pretty easily who has edit and who hasent with a bot if you really want it , it could just add players to an list if theyplaced blocks (godmdoe doesnt work as an indicator because of /togglegod)

Why are you rejecting this so hard?
Not everyone can get a bot, and not everyone wants to. It's much more easier if it's just included in the game, and it's not hurting anyone.

I disagree , everyone can get a bot . besides soemthing like this is rather easy and the botmakers which take request will surely make one for you if you ask and cannot make one yourself.
edit: im not rejecting it , that'd be the case if it was a usefull feature , not some clientised ui indicator (like deaths i think thei'r useless9
Did you know that your client knows the coin ammount of every other client? they could add a ui indicator for that aswell , that's hjust uselss
i don't think increasing the messages send from the server just so everyone can see the edit permissions is a good idea since it has more lag in the long run ( if you scale it up for all players)

What if it were a command for the owner only? Like the portal list or something.

This is somewhat like my original idea. I was thinking there could be a section added to the world options that listed everyone with edit, that only the world owner could see.
I thought it would be fancier to give people badges in the user list though .

Having a command like /listeditppl (dunno what syntax exactly) would ask the server then and only once who has edit then , that's way better then constyanlty streaming every changes to everyone , in latency etc. though it doesnt make a big impact , it does make one even if its not noticable.

Seriously, why do you keep rejecting the original idea?
Magic isn't here anymore, we can add an UI Indicator for people with edit.
Commands are also only for admins/people with edit. A non-admin using /listeditppl will make he sound admin.
