Musical Mania

After countless hours of hard work and procrastination, my fourth two steps from hell music level (5th in total) is complete.

Here is a list of songs with brief descriptions on why I choose them, and my rankings on how good I think they are. ^^

Song List:
1. Hypnotica
This song was actually used in my very first music level. Since then, I've improved in my ability to make music on EE, so I decided to give it a little update, and remake it.
This song ranks 5th out of 7 songs.

2. Black Blade
This is one of my favorites when hearing the real version, but due to not being able to hold out notes for a longer period of time, the quality when put onto EE drops tremendously. It's still somewhat cool towards the end though. I choose this song mainly because every music level needs a slower song to balance out all the medium and quick paced ones.
This song ranks 7th out of 7 songs.

3. Freefall
This song was actually the most difficult to create. Usually I look up a video of a synthesia for the specific song, but in this case, I had to go off of watching someone play the piano. It turned out way better than I ever thought it was going to. This song was chosen for reasons similar to why I choose song 2. I wanted something very fast to balance out the slow and medium paced songs. I also feel that this song is powerful, which is an element that I usually look for when choosing a 3rd song in my levels.
This song ranks 2nd out of 7 songs.

4. Archangel
Ahh! This song has returned! I originally made an attempt at making this song in my first music world, but at the time, I found it impossible. Like Hypnotica, my skills have improved and I decided to give it another go. It took a lot of time but I finally managed to work around the fact that EE only has two octaves.
This song ranks 3rd out of 7 songs.

5. Sons Of War
This is another fast paced song, which was chosen for the fact that it has sort of a "heroic" theme to it. If you look across all my other two steps from hell worlds, you'll notice that every single song 5 also fits that theme. (To glory, Flameheart, El Dorado) I try to keep my songs even throughout each and every world.
This song ranks 4th out of 7 songs.

6. Fearless
My reason for making this song was that at the time I made it, it was one of my favorite tsfh songs. I had it constantly stuck in my head, and just had to remake it on EE. I kind of regret it. It ended up sounding absolutely nothing like what I thought it would. I still think it's somewhat cool to listen to, but I also regret making it at the same time. Could have done a better job :c
This song ranks 6th out of 7 songs.

7. Cannon In D Minor
No the song name is not misspelled. The name is sort of a play on words, with the more famous "Canon In D Minor." The song name is changed to "Cannon," due to the piratey feel it has towards the end. This song, like most of the others, was picked due to it lining up well with my past music levels; two of my other song 7's (Norwegian Pirate and Magika) were pirate themed as well.
This song ranks 1st out of 7 songs.

This song could have been amazing but unfortunately I hit a dead end. This song will not be a thing until a new piano octave has been added to EE. Sorry :c

After the new piano octave comes I will probably make one final two steps from hell music level, then retire from music making on EE and go back to making normal maps.

And force people to use it if they want to listen to your songs? Not optimal

Very, very nice level. My favorite parts would probably be:

Line 3, Archangel
Line 4, Sons of War
Line 6-7, Fearless
