Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Btw, AdwCleaner did not uninstall my Skype... however it keeps crashing now. It no longer works. I have to uninstall it and re-install it. Skype is such a trustworthy tool and I had it for years... how in the world did Babylon manage to infect it?
Btw, if you guys say it's my fault, it's not. I caught Babylon from Skype AUTO-UPDATING. I had Skype for many years and had no issues with it until it decided to update to the new version. This computer stuff is really confusing and it makes absolutely no sense, how does Babylon even do this? An answer from Capasha would be great right now. I'd ask Atilla but I talked with him through Skype... and you can make out yourselves why I can't talk with him anymore.

Skype auto-updating and getting that adware!? Impossible.
Maybe you downloaded something else but you forgot ...

Edit: so I was curious and apparently babylon does do something with their search engine which isn't good. don't know which browser you are using, but you could follow something from Mozilla if you are on firefox, and you might need to scan your computer, which is also the last step that mozilla recommends also. I recommend malwarebytes antivirus as it is unobstrusive, but there are other optons such as AVG or Avast or others also (there are free versions of the ones I listed)
I tried searching for Babylon on my computer to uninstall it but apparently I don't have it installed. I checked the last thing I downloaded (the issue rose up today) and in the past week the only thing that was downloaded was the automatic skype upgrade to version 7.5. (I don't want to uninstall skype). I am using Chrome and I have Avast as anti-virus which did not detect anything. It still says my computer is protected and in a good shape.
I restarted my computer and the issue doesn't seem to pop up anymore? This is really confusing, maybe the issue is fixed? But then again why did it happen in the first place and how did it fix itself on it's own? Some shady computer stuff is happening to me right now.
I forgot to mention, I agree, it is related with Skype, the last time I had it myself was from Skype. I can't use Skype but that's another story.
It can be tricky to to get rid of it, I had this same problem too while using Chrome, it's almost impossible to find it and unistall it. There is a freeware called Revo Unistaller, you can find it on Google. Find it and keep it on your desktop and wait few days until you open the browser and you see Babylon again, open Revo unistaller and use ''Hunter Mode'' put the blue target on babylon in Chrome and it will ''see'' it and let you unistall it.

Like I said, the only thing that was downloaded on my pc in the past week is only Skype updating. The other thing I can think of is me downloading Babylon with Skype years back but my anti-virus was blocking it until this last Skype update which allowed Babylon to break through. However Babylon must have been in Skypes code which is why Skype keeps crashing without it.
Also like I said, I am 100% certain Babylon is directly related to Skype updating

Actually...
I am not much of a programmer but could Babylon override Skype's code to pretend to be Skype so it could bypass my anti-virus? That's why Skype keeps crashing because Babylon basically destroyed some of it's code which made it stop working?
Maybe that's why Skype updated as well? It was updated by Babylon through a possible attack? Still, this doesn't prove how I got Babylon in the first place, I literally did not download anything and there is nothing in my history of downloading anything. Hmm.

Skype probably would have crashed even if you never installed Babylon. It crashed for me, until I downloaded the update. It did not auto-update, or inform me of any update, I just downloaded the update from the website.

At this point, I have nothing else to do but blame the Illuminati...
Oh and Babylon too

@tak4n not really , your antivirus (schould) check if the code corresponds to malicious code they have on record (virus signatures)
Therefore even if its named skype.exe it'd classified as malware , as for skype it has enver been reliable for me and crashes all the time an barely fucntions , this beeing on all my os's and previously used os's
Also how did you come to the conclusion that you got it from skype autoupdating ? im curious since normally you schouldnt noticy autoupdates (bg tasks for example)
edit: you say theres nothing in your download history , but maybe babylon just delted it , it is malwaare after all

If it can delete itself from history of being downloaded then maybe that's the case. I just remembered I have been downloading music from soundcloud recently, maybe that's actually where I caught Babylon from... Sorry for remembering that so late.
The reason I think it's related to Skype is because I really find it suspicious that Skype got updated the same night Babylon got into my computer and then Skype begins to crash right after. Maybe I should think outside the box more often when it comes down to this kind of stuff.
Anyway I am going to re-install Skype. AdwCleaner removed Babylon so it's no longer an issue. I guess the problem is solved.

Well same date as update isnt really that good of an indication since firefox and google chrome update all the time in the bg without you noticing
Soundcloud could be.. but that's rather unlikely , its way likelier that you got infected via your local network (if you are in one , that is)

I don't know how you could hide adware in a sound file.

Who sais it was a soundfile? anwy yes it is possible , you could even put a bootvirus into a bitmap , the problem's only getting it out

I don't understand how that works, but I'll take your word for it.
