Seeing what page a thread is on

I have no clue how to describe what I want.

Okay so like, let's say you're looking at a thread:

http://forums.everybodyedits.com/viewto … id=268&p=2

and you're like, oh man I want to see other threads from around that time.

So you click "General Discussion"  but that brings you to the first page of general discussion, but what you wanted was to see the page that thread was on.

How do I do that?

(These words do not make sense, sorry but I have no idea how to make them make more sense!)

All the dates on posts from before forums.everybodyedits.com are messed up but then again I did keep them all in the right order so eh.

Currently it's only possible by looking at the date of the last post and skipping back pages until other thread's last post dates match the one you have. It's probably possible to add a small link to take you right to the page of the forum that the current thread is on.
