I could do a straw poll to revive a smiley from the dead, still doesn't change the fact that Commando Smiley got a free bye. If you guys don't mind about this, then sure I can do a straw poll. We all know which smiley will come back though

what if the strawpoll had all of the smileys that'd been eliminated?

If you allow voters to choose more than one, then you'd get a good result.

I don't like the strawpoll idea, I don't like the idea of a smiley being able to get any farther than they got because they got knocked out fairly, it doesn't make much sense to me on bringing back a smiley who people voted wasn't voted the best based on this system.

It's all about the one that wins in the end anyway, it'd be knocked out sooner or later.

it's equally unfair for a smiley to get pushed forward because of uneven numbers

I agree with that, but we all know santa has the greatest chance of coming back and this smiley has already been beaten in a completely fair (probably most fair) battle. Why bring something back if we already know it won't win? and plus, you can't guarantee it will be knocked out, there have been some inconsistencies due to not everyone always voting. But that second part about inconsistencies doesnt mean much, just pointing it out. basically I disagree with it because I don't like the idea of a smiley getting back in from previously being knocked out it's kind of unfair regardless of how the end will turn out because no smiley has had a second chance, as opposed to letting a bye which has already happened once before and it still follows the basis that you get eliminated if you lose a battle.
