This should be very easy to do.
Note to diff: Just edit $forum_date_formats in include/common.php to add this, it should be extremely easy.

I was performing a diagnostic analysis of the string format time options as they are handled by yeah I was just screwing around sorry.

You should rename the time format to "Today", since it never shows any other date regardless of the time.
edit: Oops, this just applies to "YYYY-MM-DD", not "YYY DD Mon".
