[Idea] Notify when you receive a PM

I probably already brought this up (tell me if I did and I'll delete it; my memory isn't that good nowadays) but I'm thinking about making a Chrome/Firefox extension to notify you when you receive a message that contains your username in EE, and EE isn't the active tab.

This would require a bot to join every room that you join, and might be a privacy concern. I currently have no way to get chat messages from EE using a Chrome extension alone.

I don't know if I will make it, though. If there is considerable interest we can try to make it. I have a tendency to start a lot of projects and never finish them.

I would support it for stock ee only when this function is toggleable.
Flashing and mocing things catch my interest while I should be doing other stuff.

this should come with stock EE

I might give the EE team a few weeks to decide whether they will implement this feature or not, or if they are working on it because it's going to take quite a development effort in order to get this done.

Had something similar in game suggestions , anyway it is a rather nice ideae, i would like it more if it was build ingame (maybe like the /poke i suggested)
