Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

What about if you gain energy faster when you are playing?
I guess it would be difficult to determine whether someone is actually online or just left their account on, but you could always do "up to an hour of play" or something then your energy reloads twice as fast.
I support. Does anyone know if the game can determinate if a player is moving or chatting in a world? Maybe so, that if the player hasn't moved in some time, the energy rate goes back to normal, and then goes faster again when the player moves or chats

i'll run my bot just to get more enery (^~^)
Edit: with good bots thats probably also good since they might have more uptime and therefore more content for players.

This has gone so off topic if you read the OP

I find it amusing that my post has no woots, but six "supports" XD (and some of the support posts have woots lol)
Also, it's totally... sort of on topic.
It's about helping EE still

Then why not ask how we discovered ee, and re-explore those options?
With regards to the playerbase, you have two main concerns:
1. Attracting new players
2. Maintaining old players (or attracting them back)
New games get the most attraction from new players, and maintaining old players is all about feeding the "addiction" that is online gaming.
When I'm looking for a new game/community, it means I'm bored and idly searching kong/armor games/other gaming websites. I *want* to find a game like EE, but EE needs to be out there for me to find it.
So the two main questions are really:
1. Why did you start playing EE?
2. Why do you continue to log on?

Started playing EE because I saw it on a site which I visited regularly. I think this reason is a pretty popular one.
I still play EE because I always have so many ideas waiting to be made. I find it hard to run out, because every time I finish making a level, I get at least two more ideas for levels.

Nubs, say which gaming site.
1. I started to play when either Mega or Eph linked me to it, but I think they saw it on Kongregate. We were "wandering" looking for a game, and had tried other games like transformice and other small multiplayer games, but EE was the most versatile and fit all three of our desires at the time.
2. I continue to log in for the community. If I had no chat, I would no longer play. Occasionally I log in to 'doodle' in EE, but it's not really fun to doodle without other people around.

Another reason I still play EE (and probably a lot of other people too) is because of the forums. I can't imagine staying on EE as long as I have, if I hadn't joined the forums. Though it's hard to identify the reason for this.
This is something to take into account, because although a lot of people have stayed a long time, many of those people are on the forums. So you have to look at who hasn't been on the forums much, but has stayed a long time, and what made them stay. Also, whether they are a minority or not.

But how many people will go looking for games that nobody has heard of?

I go looking for random games all the time. I'm always on the lookout for a good MMOG.

True, there are a subgroup that do, but I feel like the majority of mobile gamers don't do this so often. Even if they do, EE might be hard to find still. That said, there's a lot of people out there so a few people are bound to stumble upon it.

Started playing it because it seemed interesting and was on the new games thing on kongregate.
I continue to log in because the game gives tools to create interesting things, and because most of the friends I have made online are from EE.
And to get people join the game, maybe have advertising and stuff?I haven't seen this game mentioned anywhere in probably ever

I agree. This game should focus on mobile development. So much potential.

We need in game sharing options. Maybe when you click the link thing in world, the pop up has an option to share the world on facebook/twitter/whatever else.
Using facebook, it already asks to post on the wall as opposed to giving you the world ID. And to be honest, I don't think anyone would be willing to do that. I know I wouldn't, anyway.

I have to agree with Zoey, this could create privacy issues. If you wanted level sharing I think the best thing to do would be to boost the usage of the forums.
I know it was only for a short time, but the featured tab is/was a really good idea. Maybe if you cleaned that up as well as posted links new pro levels in the blog, people would see how good a game EE is and want to play. If you have a happy fanbase they are more likely to go out and tell their friends.

I started playing the game through Kongregate after going through a multiplayer game list. To be honest, I did not really like how the game looked from the thumbnail, so I waited until later to try it. My life would be so much different right now if I had never gone back to try it out.
There are multiple reasons I play the game now:
To play with friends and hang out.
To have a way to pass time and have fun.
To bring people to this realization that the community can create great things, though this reason has lessened so as the game became revitalized in 2015.
A means of inspiration and creative output.
