i really think this 10 woots thing isn't working out

i don't even try to wootspam or do anything close to it
but i constantly run into "You've used up your ten woots today" anyways just because i, say, agree with a lot of posts in a certain thread
if anything we should just take the direct solution to prevent any known "wootspammers" from wooting and remove all of their previous woots as well

I noticed, I managed to woot the entire "Why are they banned? REVIVED" thread just now. I don't think there should have a limit, just a option to disable woots or at least remove the ability of woot from the wootspammers.

I've relaxed the limit to 20 woots per day. Double the woots for double the fun.
