there's only a few people in my school left who aren't that ill

I don't want to contribute to this topic, but before this ignorance gets out of hand, please don't use the word 'retarded' so casually. Children who have violent tendencies and/or are troublemakers does not make them mentally ill. They may just have bad family situations, and/or don't feel like others understand them which is why they act out. Instead of admonishing them, seek understanding.

@Madiik: Like I said then, the issue isn't with them, it's probably the way in which they're being treated by their parents. They either probably feel neglected and so they act out to get attention, or they are simply imitating their parents behavior, which for some may be to like they are better than everyone else. This does not make them mentally ill or retarded.
