Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

The world owner can set a certain coordinate in the world as spectatable, so players can watch an area of the world without having to focus on one player. This could be used in place of traditional spectator systems built into some minigame levels. It could also be used to spectate a boss if you want to continue watching the round after the player you were spectating failed.
Implementing this into the UI might be tricky, though. I'm not sure if it would be a command, or if you would have to touch a block to be able to access the spectate spots. Maybe the empty space to the right of the woot button could be put to use with a new "spectate" drop-down menu with a selection of spectate spots set by the owner.

It could be a block you get from the shop. You could then place it in you your worlds (it would have to be owner only) and a player could use a command like /specarea 7 (you would set what area the block was part of before placing it, like setting a portal's id). If the block wasn't touching the area it was part of a message might come up saying "Spec blocks must be touching the area they are a part of" or something like that. It would also be handy (if this was part of an update) to add a /specme command that would bring the view back to yourself, instead of having to scroll down to click on yourself. You could also keep the scrolling down and clicking for players who find that easier.
