It could be used for guests, but it applies to every category. I'm just making this in advance in-case I get messages concerning it, as well as to let people know what was added and provide commentary.

Tor is just a tool used to hide your IP address.

Bump, sort of. Tor users are now disallowed from creating new accounts. Reasons for this are the same as in the first post. It's to at least help prevent ban-evasion when Tor users are using Tor as users. Once you do have an account made, you can post all you want, tho.
