Smush dll's, images, and more into one exe

I just found out about a NuGet package,

Costura.Fody

, which packages all of your apps resources into one exe file (so that you don't have to send someone a zip file, and hope that they don't change anything or delete anything.)

I figure that a lot of people know about it, but I see some people have a folder of dll's and images in it, and telling people not to delete them. This allows you to give *one* exe file to someone, and everything works.

The nice thing about this is that it adds itself to your build scripts, and there's no other work that you need to do other than clicking "build solution".
