Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I'm sure every EE music maker would want an extended piano range, plus some other features, such as:
Multiple Instruments - Each available for purchase (by energy) in the store
Sustain - The ability to hold onto certain notes for a while would also be useful.
Here's some graphics:

This seriously needs to happen.

We also need chords. I don't like the chords sounding like arpeggios

I love this
For even more octaves there could be some kind of octave + and - buttons.
They should get new piano samples, more octaves and sustained ones, and make a new piano pack out of those. In my opinion it's better to have a new piano pack than to replace the old piano with new samples, because the old music worlds might sound a bit weird with different samples (and I love the sound of the current two octave piano).
After that they could add more instruments! I would love to have more drum sounds and a guitar pack (acoustic). Organs or woodwinds or anything like that probably would work well.

It´s a nice idea, I agree.
My nickname in-game is Supermariobros20. I have played EE for 4 years! I love creating Super Mario worlds!

We've been looking around at how to extend the piano octaves. I think the issue that arose was not being able to find where/how the current notes were made.
That's why I think you should just make a new piano pack with different samples and more octaves (but also keep the old piano pack, so that there would be two piano packs)

I think having other octaves are good but other instruments might be a little too much (for the admins to add into the game).
Also I agree with everyone who said there should be chords and sustain.

It may sound a very tiny bit different from the current piano, but I hope this comes in handy. I might be able to get more octaves than that, but it may sound a bit strange or distorted due to how it works. I also have plenty of other instruments and options (such as adding strings to the piano, etc.) so feel free to ask me for me if you want more instruments for blocks.

we can always change the piano sounds
the one we have right now sounds too artificial
we need sounds from an actual piano
Offline
You could always use soundfont files. They can go on for a while, go in many octaves, and sound... meh.

We need a whole entire piano scale! Master1 can then recreate every single song out there :d
Can't you take the sounds of the notes we have and lower them with a program thingy
