CSS is the stuff that makes websites look nice. Each website has underlying code: HTML (Hypertext markup language) and usually CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). The CSS is linked within the HTML and tells the browser how to display things -- use this as a background color, have a small border around things, etc.

If you right-click and press View Page Source on any webpage, you can see the HTML. It's pretty neat.

You can use HTML to make websites look nice too.  Essentially, they are the same thing, just better organized...

Quick, guys. Let's all get our computers to constantly check EE.com. They can REGEX match for things that look like the code.
For best results, we'll need around 100 computers polling as fast as possible!
