Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Since Different owns the wiki and seems unchallenged on his opinion of sentence case, is title case official? If so, I will add it to the Manual of Style I have stated to have worked on for days but procrastinate on it a lot.

Lol yeah that'd be good.

Maybe usernames can be all caps, since that's what they're like in game.
I might actually agree with this, as we need some consistent spelling. If somebody spells their username multiple different ways, how do we decide? We need an inefficient, non-confusing and consistent way to figure it out.

Capitalization wouldn't really fix that tho

I'd say have usernames all lowercase.

Doesn't seem right, because they're names.
@diff I think when N1KF mentions different spellings of usernames, he means which letters are capitalised and which aren't. So capitalisation would help by giving everything one format.

Since the wiki software can only handle names with a capital first letter, perhaps only the first letter be capitalized?
It's possible for the page itself to be called "Mrshoe" but the page name inside the page to be called "mrshoe" with a template.

I agree with skullz17 (er, "Skullz17" as I should say) that the first letter of usernames should be capitalized since they are names. Although, what would we do with usernames like "iPwner"? Would they just appear as "Ipwner"?

I am Different55 and I approve of the Whateverthisis naming convention for usernames.

Wait no. I don't like "Ipwner". I only like iPwner or IPWNER.

Yeah and people don't know if they like their username capital (I like mine lowercase)

But my name is BuzzerBee ): not "Buzzerbee". I guess "BUZZERBEE" would be acceptable

Maybe the title could just have uniform style and then the preferred style is inside the article?
I guess that qould mean it's not in line with the title then, but I don't knwo what else to suggest.
For usernames, it seems like it would make sense to follow their forum username when possible (adding capital letter at beginning if necessary for wiki). When a forum username is not there, I would use UpperCamelCase if it is separable into clear "words". Otherwise I don't really know what the best option would be.

Ok I'm going to random pages and reading over them to see if they are accurate/outdated/not formal. I'm changing some of them since it says like "RPGMaster2000 is the graphics designer blah blah blah" and it should be 'was' not 'is'. And also some pages have stuff like "Oh this world is good! You should try it "

But I thought you were Jorge, King of the Rabbits of the Valley Meadow?
no, terry is
10 years and still awkward. Keep it up, baby!

Oh man, the level type pages are really outdated. Unfortunately I have a bizarre dislike of wikis or I'd help.

Why change it if it isn't broken? I won't be able to combine my name with others if it becomes mixed upper and lower
Besides, I like being BEE!
As for the wiki, it might be easier to just do first letter caps unless it is clearly different otherwise, like MrShoe.

I just uploaded all the auras from the image.
Different55... can we un-pluralize all the page names? e.g. "Auras", "Smilies", "Moderators", "Guardians", etc. It makes it really hard to use Wiki Markup and I'm pretty sure it's not proper wiki formatting in the first place.

I'm not sure what you mean by making it hard to use wikimarkcodething but okay. Wouldn't we need to change all the links in our articles tho or does mediawiki change links for moves automatically?

I mean when we need to make something singular, such as "aura", we have to say [[auras|aura]] versus when we want to make something plural all we would have to do is [[aura]]s and it would blend it for us.
I'm not sure, we'd probably have to change them all manually.
