Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I think the problem may come from the PlayerIO version I'm using (a very old one): Could you try with the updated one?
You can download it here and repalce the PlayerIOClient.dll in the main folder of EEPainter from the "DotNet" one.

@Nou:
Since you probably don't want to download the whole SDK, here is the newest DLL (from Yahoo Games Network SDK v3.2.0, released March 4th 2015).

I bet this program just needs to convert all the code into newest PlayerIOClient and then no lag or connection issues will ocurr.

Thank you Mercoantonimsantos for the more than useful update on this thread. Without you I would have never read this thing twice! (Including what I wrote of course).
What is wrong with you people?! Do you really need attention so bad that you have to point the fact that you already said that or already created a thread about that?!

You can't just replace your reference with a newer version. Obviously if you replace the library the code will be different. One of the most obvious being that Logging in now requires playerIoSegments.

Nou, I think I found my mistake ^^" Could you try with the new version ? Apparently you only need the token to connect: place it in the ID field (Password is disabled for FB anyway)

Importing works so far, so seems to be going right, I'll let you know if I run into any troubles, thanks!
*EDIT*
Found 2 bugs so far:
- Typo under the "View" tab: says tactival display
- Crashes when trying to save map as image (not responding)

Otherwise, since many things changed in this last update, I have more work to do to adapt EEPainter ==
The new version will come during the week!

C# itself isn't slow, it usually just means you're doing it inefficiently.

did you give up on this? is there any other similar working tools with image rendering out there?

If you mean import images to blocks? Try EEArtist v2.4.
If you mean just look how the world looks like. Try Minimapv2.

Sorry everyone, I am drowning in work related stuff and didn't found the time to work on this before this morning. I patched something quickly, so I hope it won't be too bugged.
lrussell > Well, it might indeed not be the most efficient way, but most of the problems are due to the graphic library I'm using. I can't change it because it'll take to much time. And time is getting valuable to me these past months T_T
