Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

It'd be nice to have a centralized location for technical stuff. Right now there are like 5 semi-maintained websites with slightly different information. I was relying on Koya's site for smilies, but it hasn't been updated in a long time. If he had used a wiki instead, it wouldn't be as much effort to keep it maintained since he doesn't have to be the one to keep it updated. Everyone can pitch in.

The Wiki lacks discipline and activity. A lot of the pages tend to get vandalized or implemented with fallacious information in addition to sometimes being six months late.
However, I used to edit some of the Wiki's more egregious pages and fix the grammar up on them but I stopped about a year ago.
My electronegativity is 1.83. Please send help.

Apparently, a admin just wrote that creating pages for Crews is allowed on the Wiki. Seriously!

^ I asked first, idiot kid, AND I DIDN'T TALK TO YOU. I'm not talking about EX or MX. Random users are creating pages for their crews like Z Crew etc

Still, every crew is part of the community, so why not? As long as the crew is real, then they should be allowed to have a page.

"real"
should every user have a page

Well no because you can't have a one-person crew. That's not a crew

Yeah, but having a page for every user is a bit too much, whereas having one for each crew isn't too bad, because there aren't that many crews.

You can also condense many users into one crew page
38 pages in groups forum
i bet at least half of those topics have the word crew in it
notability is a thing

Whatever system was used for the old wiki http://web.archive.org/web/201109290413 … oldid=3084 looks a lot nicer (in my opinion) than the dark grey.

host it on forums.everybodyedits.com under a separate subdomain or something
and use mediawiki instead of wikia

I guess notability would be the best way to do it. I was thinking of how active a crew was, and if they are active, they can make a page. But there are some inactive crews which have had a great impact on EE, so yeah, notability is definitely a thing.

Oops because I kind of already did like 2 days ago without telling anyone while I tried to make it presentable. >_>

Yeah, you use your forum account to sign in. No need to have 2 accounts when the one you have now is perfectly good.
How did you make it to the account creation page? I hid the link, didn't I?

What I'm concerned with is how many people would actually use the wiki and who would actually feel like filling out a huge empty wiki when we already have a perfectly good[citation needed] one?
I would actually help filling articles.
