Random Number Generator that might actually work

So, this is a random number generator designed by my friend, Reaperr. I think it's more random than any other rng I've seen at this game, so I deciced to post it here.

How it works:
The portals in the top part lead to the options you want to be possible. In this case, I needed it to select one of 2 outcomes, so every second one is target 1 and every second target 2. The portal at the end leads to the start. The timed gate at the start is there to stop you from entering it when all are open to make it not biased towards outcome 1.
