While that's probably the case here that he just left and came back in, it is possible to woot more than once due to either a glitch or what drstereos said without leaving, I've seen it happen plenty of times.

Yeah I've double wooted before. But it's unlikely for that glitch to happen with 10 woots, so like others said, he probably left and rejoined each time.

That's possible, but I'm using a wired ethernet connection directly into my modem, and I'm getting a ping of about 49ms to api.playerio.com.
