Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Has anyone tried to send bytes/custom messages (using EE as a protocol) by placing signs? You can send about 1kb/s (which isn't much, though) or tried using movement events (you can get about 1040bytes/s?) This is assuming that you send 20events/s of course.
I think that there is a flaw in my logic (i.e there is something that isn't going to work with this) but not sure what it is. I know that someone has to buy a sign in order to use it, but that's not a huge issue.

This could be used in cryptography 2!
I once make it, with movement. So funny to send info by moving a bot.
p.s. if you move very fast server may disconnect you, same for placing blocks
Everybody edits, but some edit more than others

i made a chatprogram once that used the movement to send chat messages to my other clients

Do you mind sharing the source? I would be really interested in forking it (GitHub speak for building upon it) and seeing what I can do with it to send small audio files to clients.

I tried making a PM Client before PMing was introduced to EE.
Where it would translate messages into binary and send them using faces ( as 0, as 1 )
It failed, though.
Atilla made something that used signs to send files through EE once, I'm not sure if he still has it though.
Atilla's done the same thing using /giveedit and /removeedit, too.

I created a bot that sent badwordChar(40)Text, it was only bots that could read it. So it was kinda like /pm command. But now can anyone see badwords so kinda useless to use this method.

Since everyone can read chat, encrypted messages would work.
I had a 'chat box' that operated on coins. Then they updated the game. Then it was required to use the default allowed smileys.
It worked, but since we all have chat, dropped it.
It's not hard to figure out, so yeah.
