Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I bent my signature about 65 times, grabbed my favorite 5 or so, and strung them into a glitchy gif.
I basically did everything to it multiple times. It went through a hex editor dozens of times in 3-5 different image formats, wordpadded it many times, ripped everything into frames a few times with irfanview because it was too messed up for anything else to view it and for some reason I can't just re-save it in irfanview like I can with Paint, I GIMP'd the final product so the original D55 would stand out against the glitch, basically everything I know how to do except audacity.

Yes but I have no idea how it'll turn out. I've got an hour of absolutely nothing to do in school so I'll work on it now.

So I was bending it and towards the beginning I got a really interesting glitch while it was in PNG form:
I shifted one byte a few hundred bytes down and suddenly the whole thing glitches up gloriously.
Anyway, I kept working after that and ended up branching most of it off that first great glitch and ended up with a few frames that I gifified.
And I made another version with your original sig blended into it for visibility (probably unnecessary).
And here's a still that I made with more of GIMP's blend modes in case you don't feel like attacking the epileptic.
