When I'm writing, I use a version of Dynamic Quadrupod. I use Dynamic Tripod when I'm just holding a pen/pencil or when I'm drawing.

Sometimes my grip changes, but for the most part it is either the dynamic tripod or quadripod.

The closest to how I hold me pen is the Dynamic Quadrupod. It looks weird in the pic but irl mine looks natural. I hold like the grip part(the thing with the rubbery stuff) with three fingers - my thumb, index and middle. You can also compare it to the Dynamic Tripod with the middle. This works perfectly for me cuz I'm used to doing it this way for like 8 years. My gramma taught me to do this long ago. All my friends use Dynamic Tripod but I don't think they care about how people hold their pens (lol who would do that anyway). If you wanna get noticed by my friends about holding your pen you should be either left handed or you should have a really really wierd way to hold it.
