I think you can still plug in a USB keyboard into laptops.

I don't get about why some people are being so hard on him for not getting a new keyboard. His spacebar obviously works, just not as well as it probably should, and regardless if he doesn't want to, or just can't get a new keyboard, I don't see a reason to spend money on something if all the keys are functioning. This post would have turned out way differently if he didn't mention his broken spacebar.

Play bees firetruck level. It doesn't need space bar. Play it until all of your keys are broken then buy a new keyboard.

It's rather funny how a lot of the people on here are being so cruel while trying to point out "obvious" flaws in what Jedpogi is saying when it should be obvious enough that their spacebar is usable when typing is unusable in ee as it is probably giving a delayed jump or only working some of the time. As well as the fact that all laptops come with a built in keyboard, and all the same if they have a desktop and not a laptop their parents may have brought them a keyboard when they first received their computer but may refuse to buy Jedpogi a new one. And because Jedpogi is a child they may not have the money to buy themselves one.

Wait but there IS actually a solution for this that doesn't involve spending money.

You could just re-map a different key to the space bar... by using Autohotkey.

I've created an incredibly simple macro that you can download here.

When you press b, it simulates a space key; both for typing and for EE.

To actually USE the b key for like chatting or something, you'd have to use caps lock + shift to make it lowercase. The program would go to your tray (near the time, assuming you're using windows) and you can close it from there.
