TIL All out = hurried to slap something together at the last second. 
I had only come up with the idea earlier yesterday and I spent tons of time in google because I don't JavaScript very often. The reason it replaced everything including HTML stuff was just because I'm terrible at JavaScript and was a totally not what I wanted to happen.
