Well basically it happens when the server says something and client say something else.

Well it has an error synchronizing. There that helped now lock topic because that answers all of your questions

Well no, if is a desynchronising problem is still a bug that needs to be fixed.

This used to happen when you got a magic smiley and then used it without leaving the world and coming back. It also used to happen if you tried to use a smiley that was locked by magic class but didn't appear to be on your client.
It just means sync error and you are dumb.
