sometimes does anyone else suffer the sensation where you are looking at something and then in the corner of the center of the vision it looks like there is a large portion of that which you can see moving a moving amount and then you look and its not moving?

One time I was eating lunch and my friend across the table threw up some cheese looking stuff but I looked up at it never happened does that count?

kind of that is very similar

the thing i am thinking of is more inanimate sub-natural looking movements

like if u see a portion of a tabletop and it looks like its moving across other parts of ur vision like the window or the sofa

edit like not even entire tabletop just a small blotch

edit 2 its a small blotch relative to entire table but its a significant amount of that which you can almost see clearly

like its in the mid area between bfa3tygh5u4ehnsifan and central clear vision, which isnt a lot of space so a small blotch is a lot

also sometimes i hear a rattling in the back of my head

to compare it to something its like when im on the bus and im sitting at the back of the bus and its the terrible bus that shakes and vibrates a lot
and i feel like there are thousands of tiny ghost like grains of sand in the back of my neck trickling downwards through my spine and makes me feel like i want to throw up or die

but the rattling in my head is higher up and less constant and doesnt give me chills but it still makes me want to like throw up when i feel it it also feels more actual and less ghost like

it also feels like larger particles if that maeks any sense, and fewer particles, and it happens when i move my head

this sensation usually occurs late at night
