Amazing level! This is the stuff I play EE for, and finally the first very good level I've played since I came back to EE. The playscreen art really sets the proper mood (haven't played Endeavor though) and the story mechanics work really well. The minis are very good, I loved the bottom right @ the lava/fire bit, so smooth, as well as the underwater bit and the bit above that. The water bit, having the "flippers" really works, the invisible blocks make it look like water bubbles too, probably not intentional, but a nice touch.
The small hints (flowers, patches of sand) really helped as well, very subtle, but got me through some bit I couldn't figure out right away.
I loved how the "upgrades" are all used again at the end part of the level.
The one complaint I have is that it wasn't always clear where to go, but I figured it out anyway, so doesn't matter.
This levels deserves more attention, play it people! It's one of my all-time favourites instantly.

I appreciate and applaud your efforts to accomplish something specific in the area of Platforming. I do not hesitate to recommend that people play Endeavor for the excellent overview of art and minigames which it represents.

I almost didn't complete the pillars part because of the slowed down arrows, but luckily I was somehow able to do it via some sort of glitch.
This is a great map. Fun and flowing minis. I wasn't particularly amazed at the minimap art, but I don't mind because I think it's suitable for this map, plus it looks beautiful in game. The whole story and concept with the powerups is great. Love how the story was able to trick me so easily like that. Game play goes well with the story and is immersive in general.

After playing it in the newly added campaigns, I just had to bump this topic to let you know this level was incredibly fun to play.
I am tired of levels that focus too much on minimap art and have a game screen that is cluttered with random stuff, this one finds a great balance in that domain.
I am way tired of levels that put style before substance, look good but are horrible to play. This one was really fun all along. « Less is more » is a good design mantra.
I am way way way tired of every level having an uneven difficulty curve and jumps that require struggling to the millimeter, this had none of it.
And on top of that the story part was pretty fun and well designed.
This is probably my favorite level I ever played. Congratulations on a job well done, it definitely deserves to be included in the campaigns. I'm not super good, it took me over an hour and 200 deaths to beat it, but I still struggled all the way until I beat it because of how much I enjoyed it.
