I sort of get having them for beta, but for everyone is just a no. They're mod exclusive. A sort of gift for them taking the time to keep this game up, and watch over the community.

Text causes a lot of lag (i guess) and so having everyone place it would make lag issues horrible.

I think your idea should be changed. Like if you can buy texts for your worlds like a sign just without HEX codes as admins can. Also there would be "Only for your own worlds" and "You have: 1".
