I saw so many empty loading screen, I even found one with plain ground and blue pastel bg, nothing more.

It's perfectly-balanced. Don't see any issues.

There are however a few colors that don't fit the theme. However, it is minor and will hardly do any disservice to the submission.

Omg is it just basic human mentality in that everyone makes similar designs or is it just me?

What I mean is bottom right you have a drop into a cave or w/e with bottom left being the cave... the hill becomes steeper from right to left with trees/buildings/what ever on the highest point of the hill.

iPwner's level is like this, your level is like this and our level is like this, it might just be me but I find this very interesting.

This. A lot of worlds look alike. But will it help? I don't know how the judges will decide, but would you like the 10 first levels to be "blue sky/tree/hills/house/cave"?

Although the theme and design is basically the same, the quality and specific detail is very different, I am sure it won't harm our results in the big picture but it's still not the greatest of things to have.

Xen90 has a really good loading screen btw, original and good looking.

Here's mine and alex5555's loading screen idea. The logo could fit over the big tree. I absolutely love how those trees turned out. I started with making the darkest layer (the behind layer), and then put the brighter ones in there (to seem to be in front of them).
