Cant receive friend requests

I don't receive the friend requests in my email.

FAQ:
Do you know if they sended the friend request to you? Yes. I'm sure. They have tried twice.
Did you look in spam folder? Yes. I did.
Are you able to receive other emails from EE? I don't have any problems in receiving the newsletter.
Blacklisted? No

Im pretty sure the problem is not from me. But if you have any ideas Im open to try them.

I had this problem 2-3 weeks ago. It lasted for a pretty long time until it magically became fixed.

It's becouse when you received one friend request you clicked a link that said somthing like "Stop receiving friend requests" or somthing like that. Just go to the settings and remove a link with ee on it.

If you mean it is blacklisted, how can he still receive newsletter emails but not friend requests?

I checked not blacklisted in email settings.

My main email doesn't receive friend requests and I never clicked 'do not send me this anymore.' but my other email gets it.

We know it's annoying as hell, we have a fix incoming in the big update. Just gonna have to be patient a little longer

For now just make a quick temp email with this. and send it there you'll get your link. Hope this helped

Make sure there isn't a "space" after the email when you put it in. For some reason, when you highlight things in the EE chat it sometimes adds a space after it, and this makes the email invalid for unknown reasons.

@BEE pm's always add a space behind the message , logically something like an email is send trough pm's

I played my main account (TSF14) in facebook login, but I did get receive friends in my email. I was getting annoyed with many requests in my email, so I stopped received friends requests. Now, I want to bring back receive friends in my email again, but I don't know how to undo that I did made a mistake.
