Sign text displayed on the wrong place

When you drag a sign to your toolbar and you click on the sign while you are in another tab than "action", the "Sign text:" is displayed on the wrong place. (watch the gif below)

The gif has pretty bad quality...

Its displayed there because thats where it is in the action tab. Does it do the same for portals or coindoors/gates?
But yeah it shouldnt be there.

It also happens for all the blocks where a small window thing appears.

Would be useful if it appeared next to the hotbar instead. Then you could keep your block menu hidden while changing the values for those blocks.
