How do you think the Everybody Edits Staff is doing? [Survey included]

I have just finished creating a survey to find out what the community thinks of the new EE Staff. I believe that in order for the staff to help the community, we will need you all to help us. Please point out our flaws, so that we can work to fix them, and hopefully make the game as good as it used to be.

Before you fill out the survey, here are some rules you need to be aware of:

- Don't fill it out under someone else's username.

- Be honest. Don't rate someone too high or too low, unless you really think they deserve the rating. If your friend rates people one way, don't feel obligated to do it exactly like they did. This is your own opinion.

- Be mature with your responses. Please do not fill in blanks with useless or meaningless answers. If you have nothing to type, keep it empty. Also, please do not flame a staff member, only provide criticism that is CONSTRUCTIVE.

- Not following these rules will result in absolutely no punishment at all. If you really wish to break a rule, go for it. I do however, really hope that you do not choose to do so. I want this survey to be as accurate as it can be.

Why is the username necessary? This type of thing should be anonymous; you're not saying there won't be any repercussions from a specific person if they don't like you and that makes me a little bit nervous.

The results of this survey are going to be inaccurate no matter how many responses you receive. Those who have negative opinions about the staff are less likely to respond because they are required to identify themselves.

Agree with Zoey
A survey should not have the field "username" or fields that reveals the identity of the person who's filling the form.
A person's privacy should be respected and also this avoid retribution
