People can't play ee

3 People I know
Heyimcool16, blizzard10, and Mochonoob
can't get on the game.

Blizzard10 informed me that the mods, Jawapa, would help but they never did (to his knowledge).

Blizzard10 and Mochonoob load ee, it shows the playerio thing, and then doesn't do anything.
This is a major bug because it doesn't let them play.

Heyimcool16 cannot access his account. It just freezes. He can, however, play on an alt account, but that's no fun.

Edit: Mochonoob cleared his cache, cookies, and download history and it worked for him.

for me i just left it there for around 2 days

then it just suddenly works

We still don't know whats wrong... I've told two people that. It doesn't even make sense that it affects some people but not others.

Try reinstalling Flash or using a desktop flash player.

I suppose you have to look at the circumstances of the people that it doesn't work for, and if you can find a pattern there. Stuff like browser, OS, extensions/addons installed, etc.

if this helps i am having the same issue on google chrome but i can play in firefox.

Guys, I might be wrong or not, if you're really desperate try this, I use very often CCleaner (free download version) https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner it helps a lot when I have problems with my connection or certain websites. Give it a try! Besides it's a good tool to keep your computer cache and registry clean, super easy to use.

This just happened to me ~5 minutes ago

now I cannot play, but it is a little different this time

The player.io thingy did not show at all

EDIT: Now I get a "movie not loaded" error message. And yes, I did clear my cache. Any help?

I am also getting this problem with my main (soulrunner). I can play with my alts but not my main . I have trued clearing ALL my history ,cache and stuff like that still no luck :/
