Sort Blocks by Colours

I think it'd be awesome for EE pixel artists if we were able to sort the blocks by 'colours', from dark to light.

R for the hotkey, maybe.

Well, "EE pixel artists" know know that colours aren't in a linear line - you have shades and tints of colours which can go in a line but if you have pure red, then red with blue and red with green I don't know how you would put them into a line.

Well, "EE pixel artists" know know that colours aren't in a linear line - you have shades and tints of colours which can go in a line but if you have pure red, then red with blue and red with green I don't know how you would put them into a line.

If that's the case, then it could be sorted more thoroughly.

E.g. DARK RED, LIGHT BLUE, RED - SHADES, etc...

I think blocks are better sorted as packs though. There are few people who generally care about the color palettes, and those who do are more than capable of figuring out the colors themselves.

You don't have to play with the sort-by-colour, it's switchable from original to colour by pressing R.

I like the idea of adding block filters. I might prefer more options for the filters, like colors, original, favorites, last used, etc. By adding more used blocks to it's own filter, you wont have to keep switching tabs to find the most abundant bricks in the world.
