tab is different to clicking to open the block menu
1. Click on MORE ^ to open the block menu
2. Go to a tab other than Blocks, such as Action
3. Close the block menu
4. Hold tab
When you hold tab, you will see the last block tab you were on while holding tab. You could be on decorations while holding tab, but you could be on backgrounds when you click MORE ^.
edit: Furthermore, if you click MORE ^ and have the block menu, you cannot press tab to close it. If you press tab, you can see a second block menu opening behind it.
edit2: This is only working on one world. I've tried it in my other worlds and it doesn't work.
edit3: Refreshing the world has stopped the bug from appearing. I have no idea why it even happened in the first place.

It didn't last long though. I experienced a couple of weird things in my world (both of which I made a topic about), until I decided to refresh it to see if the bugs would still be there. They weren't.
