Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I think they should get their own layer that's "above" normal/physics blocks. They already appear in front of players, unlike backgrounds or physical blocks, so it makes sense for them to get their own layer. Having them on the same layer when they're a totally different type of block doesn't make much sense and it causes things to happen like this:
EDIT: Well maybe not because what good would having decorations on top of solid blocks do. I guess it's just the one-ways and decorations that I have a problem with.

All of Everybody Edits need it. This is a very good idea. I was asking Mrshoe to do it.

As a side note, some of the grass blocks don't tile right, and there's 1 pixel of nothing but transparency and you can see the background behind it and why is this I don't even.

I support this. But I don't see what tiling issue you're talking about.

Set down a bunch of the rightest grass blocks side by side and add a bright background like one of the pastel ones.

Yeah but isn't it supposed to be like that? Because the grass is supposed to be wider than the brown. Though it would be better if the brown was just the same size as a normal brown brick/the middle grass block.

Eh, I guess that's a decent point.
