Get the signature you want by rather making it yourself or plagiarising it from someone else (or a combination of the two), upload it to any website like imgur, go to Profile>Personality, paste the image URL with the tags [img]*imageurl*[/img] into the text box.
Don't use an extremely over-sized picture, you can size a picture down to about 250 pixels height using Gimp or Photoshop.

You're using a link to the pic's imgur gallery in your signature, and not to the image itself.
Replace it with the direct image link from imgur. In this case, it should be:

[img]http://i.imgur.com/jNmZDVx.png[/img]
