I don't know how to work this. How do I click the buttons, the whole box is just following my mouse, I'm really confused. I don't see anything to do. I don't see how this is a prank.

help it doesn't work because none of my friends use windows 95

Wow so gud. That page downloads a vbs file which then opens Internet Explorer in full screen and navigates to http://prankstudios.96.lt/ie6/index.html
It ejects every cd drive you have, and keeps opening new Console Windows until your pc crashes. Oh god...
