Any plans to promote Kongregate forum mods?

If you went to the Kongregate forum, I'm fairly certain that its a huge wasteland where every thread got dumped with flames, whines, and trolls. Are there any plans for the kong forums in the future?

If you are wondering--Yes, game owner can ask the Kong Administrator for promote user of choice to a forum mod. It's how Cyclone was promoted there.

I dunno though, I've never used the kong forums. Are they very established as, like... a real place for people to go and expect actual forum stuff? It doesn't seem like it, the way you describe it.

Eh, its established for the people who play on kongregate. Whenever someone on kongregate wants a forum, the first place they're going to go is the one at the bottom of the page. Afte that they might give us a try if they're looking hard enough.

Yes, it's a solid establishment for a forum, with a full complement of sticky threads and functioning; us Kong lurkers live in this hellhole of a forum. You have no idea how many people were blown away by forum trolls, whines, and flames. I don't need to argue that the only thing going on are flame wars or pure hate.

Besides, Kongregate do provide multiplayer games their own forum service. All the devs have to do is to request it (as Chris described years ago).

I went there once or twice. It didn't seem too bad, but the community was quite different to forumify's community I think.

For one, there is a forum mod in there to remove the spams and we simply need more staffs. For two, we don't advertise alot of sh*ts in the place, and we have our own topics for level sharing. Yes, there are some veterans, but for each veteran, there are 15 noobs that acts like childs, and what I mean't be acting like child, is saying something like: "WHY THE **** YOU REMOVED THE CHAT? I QUIT EE! THIS GAME IS SO IDIOTIC!".

Again with the derogating attitude, don't pretend the original EE community didn't rage like you described. Just because you have your forum mods to protect this place doesn't mean we don't need it. I don't go to the Kong forums so I'm sorry if I'm a bit confused but wouldn't it just take that V for Vendetta guy/a game owner to promote Aoitenshi/Lirum to a Kong forum mod? It seems quite simple, why can't you just do that?

It would make most sense to have a kongregate user do the modding for chat/boards.

Of course, no one from EE is from Kongregate.

It's like europeans trying to map Nebraska.

Seriously though. Either have someone {active} from Kong or don't waste your time.
cuz' you'll just get bored and die off like our mods.

The Kongregate forums are in desperate need of modding. Lirum, the creation thread was made in 2012 and was necro'd by you to try and revive the thread... *twice*... Also VforVendetta doesn't care about the forum because all he/she does is just remove posts and lock threads and then comes in acting like he/she knows something about the game. Also, Smiley_Face said, "I really can’t call you out on reviving this thread because there really isn’t much of a forum now ~~(plus this thread is yours), but what I can call you out on is reminding me of the existence of mich.~~"
