Basically, if your old forum username is the same as your EE username, you can use this thing to verify yourself. Just head on over to the account verification page(http://accverify.yonom.org/ and follow the instructions. Then just post the token it gives you along with your EE and old forum username and I'll get your accounts merged as soon as I can.
