Account merge requests

IF YOU HAVE NEVER MADE AN ACCOUNT ON EITHER EE.FORUMIFY.COM OR EEFORUMIFY.COM, LEAVE THIS TOPIC.

Basically what happened is that I crawled every page on eeforumify.com and took all the post information out of it. I collected usernames and post content, and that's about it. Because of that, all unclaimed posts on these forums have been assigned to the "Guest" user. But we can assign any posts to any user, which is what this topic is for. We take all the posts made by the guest user with your username, and change them so that they say that they were written by your new account.

However, to prevent abuse, we're requiring that you find someone who has already had their accounts merged to vouch for you.

If you do abuse this, you will be banned for 6 months. And the person who vouched for you is going to get a hefty ban, too. So think twice before trying to impersonate someone and make sure the person you're vouching for is who they say they are.

EDIT: You know what? Let's throw in a minimum account age requirement of 5 days.

EEAuth is broken. To prove you own your EE account, put a sign with "I am FORUM USERNAME and I would like to be merged." on top of a block in a world near wherever you spawn and post a link to it instead of a verification token.

LUCKILY, I'VE GOT JUST THE THING FOR YOU (and everyone else).

INTRODUCING EEAUTH: THIS ONE THING THAT PROCESSOR MADE.

Basically, if your old forum username is the same as your EE username, you can use this thing to verify yourself. Just head on over to the account verification page and follow the instructions. Then just post the token it gives you along with your EE and old forum username in this topic and I'll get your accounts merged as soon as I can.

If you can't do this, then PM me about it. DON'T PM me unless you are unable to use EEAuth.
