Like, some people are carpenters and some are surveyors and etc. How do you get new titles? Post count? Rep? What?
To be promoted, you have to post on the forums a lot. For example, If you post 50 posts on the forum, you will become a Brick Layer. Post 100, and you will be a Carpenter!
