I'll just make this very clear: We get loads of requests from people who really, really, really want to be mods. You will never become a moderator by asking for it.

By the way, you should read the rules.

asking how to be a mod is very obnoxious; one become a mod on the forum when the current staff finds they are useful and trustworthy, at a time that the forum needs a new moderator.
