Create a recycle forum

Create a recycle forum, move every locked thread to that forum.
And it will not take so much place in the other forums with a lot of locked threads.
I hope this will be added. It will give the other forums a clean up

But how would people find a locked topic they want? All of them would be jumbled together.

Not if you tell it to. You can leave a referral topic behind or drag the entire topic over.
