The rules of the Questions and Answers subforum are:
1. Ask a question, don't post random stuff, do that in Off-topic
2. Ask your question in proper English
3. Don't always expect an answer
4. Don't bump your topic 100 times. It won't help.

Actually the rules of the Q and A board are the same rules for every other board. And no, they don't have to ask it in proper English, it's just preferred.
