My opinion is, once people are mature enough to start using the forums their levels become 10x better. It helps when your around alot of creative influences, and that like just about everyone here hates stairs xD

True dat. Before I joined the forums, my levels were pretty n00bish. After I started playing really good levels I found here on the forums, I started becoming more creative.

If anybody wants to take a stab at it, the idea I had was to make the stairs in the shape of a bullseye, so that each ring gets you closer to the center win.   Depending on where you fall, you might get pushed into different sections of the bullseye, or fall out completely.

This is an interesting idea. I might develop it. if i do it won't be for a while though. I think I'm gonna take a break from EE I've been spending too much time on our Easter level.

Stairs are for unoriginal n00bs. N00bs see that stairs are popular, so they make their own stairs. Said n00b's level becomes popular. Another n00b sees it. The cycle repeats. Monkey see, monkey do. The reason why these levels are so popular is because they're easy, and give n00bs a false sense of accomplishment.

Either that or the name drags them in and there's something at the end, or the owner opened up a bunch of guests.

Funny thing happened to me today. I was playing a stair level just to get magic coins or the code. All kay, but the owner(i think) trapped us. I guessed the code(2000) and i trolled the stairs (ONLY the stairs). After that, i played the level normally, and the first coin i got was a +1!

PS: the name of the world is "code is 2011" and the code is 2000. DO IT DOT DOT

But I luv staars. Dey mak meh lvl popuhlar...... I put smiley art and hook jumps in my lvls to make ppl cme to dem, I get lots of plays. Up to 200!

Incase you can't detect the dripping sarcasm of that post, well.....

But anyways. Funny story, so I was on ex crew chat, then mfl came online. I immediatly asked him "mfl? Can I audition for ex crew? I can make hook jumps and smielys very good!!!!" he took it seriously I think, then I began to mess with him.... Ahh fun times

Not always, I saw great saved worlds only with stairs! What's wrong with those people? Can't they realize that stairs are unoriginal and annoying? I think no

Why is it that every single stairs level always goes stairs then minis? Why do they put the tedious and boring part at the beginning? Are they trying to drive people away? Well, it's working. I don't care how interesting those minis over there on the right half of the map are. If I have to climb 3000 steps worth of stairs I'm never going to play them. Especially if there are 20 other people in the level keyspamming.
